The March 2022 Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony will be held in two parts. Please confirm the schedule and venue below.

○ Part 1
Time: 9:30 am to 10:00 am (Doors open at 9:00 am)
*For graduating students, please be sure to arrive at the venue by 9:15 am.
Participating faculties: Medicine, Dental Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacy, Engineering, Veterinary Medicine
Venue: GymnasiumⅡ, Hokkaido University (Kita17, Nishi 7, Kita-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan)
*Please enter with your shoes on.

Time: 11:30 am to 12:00 pm (Doors open at 11:00 am)
*For graduating students, please be sure to arrive at the venue by 11:15 am.
Participating faculties: Letters, Education, Law, Economics and Business, Science, Agriculture, Modern Japanese Studies Program
Venue: GymnasiumⅡ, Hokkaido University(Kita17, Nishi 7, Kita-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan)

Notes
・Please wear a face mask.
・Please take your temperature at home on the day, and do not come to the venue if you have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher or if you are feeling unwell.
・In order to prevent the infection of COVID-19, family and friend of the above participants should not be allowed to enter the ceremony.
・The commencement ceremony will be broadcast over the internet.
・Non-graduates are not allowed to enter the area around the venue.
