■Sapporo Campus (All graduate schools except the Graduate School of Fisheries Sciences)

Date & Time: March 23 (Thursday), 10:20 am to 11:25 (Doors open at 9:45 am)

*For graduating students, please be sure to arrive at the venue by 10:00 am.

Venue: Gymnasium Ⅱ, Hokkaido University (Kita 17, Nishi 7, Kita-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan)

*Please enter with your shoes on.

Notes

・Wearing mask is NOT mandatory required for the attendance of the ceremony.

Notification of prevention major for infection (wearing mask) in the Degree Conferment Ceremony (PDF)

・Please take your temperature at home on the day, and do not come to the venue if you have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher or if you are feeling unwell.

・In order to prevent the infection of COVID-19, family and friend of the above participants should not be allowed to enter the ceremony.

・The commencement ceremony will be broadcast over the internet.
