2nd HUCI Forum (FY2017)

The 2nd HUCI Forum (FY2017) titled “Progress of the HUCI and Internationalization of Higher Education” will take place at Hokkaido University on Monday, March 5th, 2018.
Hokkaido University has been promoting the “Hokkaido Universal Campus Initiative (HUCI)”, one of the programs under the Top Global University Project by MEXT, since FY2014.
Reports on the progress and achievements of the initiative as well as its future prospects will be presented at the forum. There will also be opportunities to discuss the significance, outcomes and future direction of the internationalization of higher education and global human resources development, which have been long promoted and advanced by higher education institutes in Japan, with a panel of experts.
The 2nd HUCI Forum welcomes all affiliates of Hokkaido University and interested parties from other Japanese higher education institutes.
