[ANNOUNCEMENT] To all international students waiting to enter Japan

To all international students waiting to enter Japan,

As you may know, Japan’s border controls which suspended new entries of foreign nationals into the country have been eased, and you are now permitted to enter Japan.

The current policy of the Government of Japan limits the number of entrants per day to 7,000, but international students will be allowed to enter the country outside of this limit.

Although it may take some time for all international students to enter Japan, we, all faculty and staff members of Hokkaido University, are looking forward to your arrival.

Hokkaido University will take charge of all procedures for your entry into Japan and ensure that you will arrive to the University with peace of mind.
