Announcing a new Summer Intensive Course ‘Climate Change Policy in Asia and the EU’

This summer, the Public Policy School is hosting a two credit point course open to graduate students of Hokkaido University.  This course focuses on the integrative understanding about policy for environmental protection, energy consumption and economic development in Asia and the EU. It also explores the potential for reducing carbon emissions and increasing the efficiency of renewable energy.
