[Notice] AY2025 First Semester Entrance Fee Waiver (Deferment) and Tuition Fee Waiver

The University offers the AY2025 First Semester Entrance Fee Waiver (Deferment) and Tuition Fee Waiver as follows: Please carefully read the “Application Guideline” before submitting your application. 

Note: The requirements and application procedures for the fee waiver (deferment) system are regularly reviewed. Please refer to the latest Application Guideline when submitting your application.

1. Waiver (Deferment) Categories and Eligible Students:

①　Entrance Fee Waiver based on the New Higher Education Support System

  Eligible students: New Japanese undergraduate students

②　Tuition Fee Waiver based on the New Higher Education Support System

   Eligible students: Japanese undergraduate students

③　HU Waiver System Entrance Fee Waiver (Deferment), Deferment Only

   Eligible students: New international undergraduate students and new graduate students

④　HU Waiver System Tuition Fee Waiver

   Eligible students: Regular students enrolled for the entire first semester of AY2025

3. Application Period

• New students:
  The date specified by each school or graduate school (kenkyu-ka)
• Current students:
  Monday, March 10 – Friday, April 11, 2025, by 5:00 PM
