Creative Research Institution (CRIS)

The Creative Research Institution or CRIS is a management organization of Hokkaido University coordinating many research institutes, centers, and laboratories dedicated to research in natural sciences, engineering, and the humanities, and linked through a central coordination committee. Operating out of this modern high-tech facility, CRIS strives to develop novel research initiatives, and execute university-wide research functions.
