Hokkaido University’s CCOVID-19 In-House Vaccination Program is now closed.

If you wish to be vaccinated but have not yet had the opportunity, including the 1st and 2nd dose, please get vaccinated at a medical facility or community vaccination site run by Hokkaido, the City of Sapporo, or other municipality.
