On the website outage

Hokkaido University’s English language website (https://www.global.hokudai.ac.jp/) was down from January 27^th to 30^th due to technical issues. The website was restored the afternoon of the 30^th and is functioning again. However, it may take up to about 24 hours for some users before the restoration becomes effective.
