As an alumnus of Hokkaido University (HU), it was a pleasant surprise when I received the offer to become an HU Partner. I am honored and will try my best to do something helpful for HU.
I enrolled in the Graduate School of Life Science at HU in 2010 and got my Ph.D. in 2013. After that, I did a postdoc in the Institute of Low Temperature Science at HU until 2015. At HU, I received high level science training in the field of molecular biology and plant physiology, which offered me a good foundation for my career. Studying and working at HU were very valuable and unforgettable experiences for me. As an HU Partner, I will try my best to promote and expand the HU global community. Particularly, I will promote the cooperation between HU and our university.
