My first feeling was whether I deserved to become an HU Ambassador because I had not graduated from HU. However, as a scholar I have been connected with HU for more than 20 years, and my first presentations and publications were made in the SRC as early as 1997-2001. Later, I was a visiting professor at HU in the SRC (2013-2014) and the GSEBA (2015-2016). Because of these experiences, I am very much honored to become an HU Ambassador in Uzbekistan.
In this capacity I shall try do my best to strengthen HU’s relations with our universities professors and students and in the future to help to open a Liaison Office of HU or even Branch in Tashkent for Central Asiam, and to become more prominent within Eurasia.
I wish new successes to all members of the HU community domestically and internationally.
