■ Sapporo Campus (All undergraduate schools except the School of Fisheries Sciences)

Tuesday, March 25th, 2025, 10:00 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. (Doors open at 9:00 a.m.)

Venue: Gymnasium 1, Hokkaido University

(Kita 17, Nishi 7, Kita-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan)

Notes

・For graduating students, please be sure to arrive at the venue by 9:15 a.m.

・There is no parking on campus. Please use public transportation.

・Indoor shoes are not necessary.

・Seating for families is available. (To reduce congestion, please come in small groups.)

・The ceremony will be broadcast live on the Internet, and a video recording will be available after the event. Details will be posted on this page by mid-March.

・In case of the plan of the ceremony is changed, necessary information will be updated in the university’s homepage.
