HU-UoM Workshop: Terroir, Country and Fu:do: Respecting a sense of place in Pinot Noir wine regions
Hokkaido University (HU) and The University of Melbourne (UoM) are pleased to announce one of the five funded Joint Research Workshops in FY 2025: Terroir, Country and Fu:do: Respecting a Sense of Place in Pinot Noir Wine Regions, to be held at HU on Friday 26 September 2025.
The workshop will gather academics of the two universities and invite a local sommelier to explore wine culture in Hokkaido and Australia. Anyone interested in the topic is warmly welcomed to join them at the Center of Education and Research for Hokkaido Wines, HU. No certificate of participation will be issued.
