The University offers AY2024 Second Semester Entrance Fee Waiver (Deferment) & Tuition Fee Waiver as follows. Please read the “Application Guideline” carefully before submitting your application.

Note: If you wish to apply for a tuition fee waiver, you must make a separate application for the first and second semester.

1. Eligible Students

1. Entrance Fee Waiver (and Deferment)/Entrance Fee Deferment Only:
   International undergraduate students and graduate students who are admitted for AY2024 Second Semester (October)
2. Tuition Fee Waiver:
   Regular students who will be enrolled for the entire period of AY2024 Second Semester (undergraduate, master’s, professional, or latter period of doctoral degree program)

3. Application Period

• Students admitted for AY2024 second semester (October):
  The date prescribed by each school or graduate school (kenkyu-ka)
