Student Advice and Counseling Center (SACC)

Provides professional counseling and various psychological services to all students. Provides consultation and coordination services to students with disabilities.


The Student Advice and Counseling Center is the on‐campus facility for university‐wide
use that plays a central role in providing psychological services, including counseling
services for students, consultation services (i.e., professional advice on student
psychological issues) for faculty and staff, and coordination services for reasonable
accommodations for students. It was established to contribute to the psychological well‐
being of Hokkaido University students.
