Nitobe College: Inter-Graduate School Classes “Global Practical Course I and II” – Now Accepting Applications

What can be achieved when researchers from different fields collaborate on a problem?
The Nitobe College Pre-program Courses (“Global Practical Course I and II”) are a hands-on, team-based program for graduate students who want to develop skills beyond their research specialty. You will work with students from different fields and cultural backgrounds to build teamwork, communication, and project management skills essential for a global career.
Eligibility
- Master’s, professional degree, or doctoral students at Hokkaido University.
- Available to attend classes on Tuesdays or Thursdays, 4:30–7:45 pm.
- Note: Master’s and professional degree students may continue to the Nitobe College Honors Program after completing these courses. Doctoral students are welcome to take the pre-program courses, but cannot advance to the Honors Program.
