Advancing regenerative agriculture, forestry, and fisheries research

Selected for J-PEAKS, a major Japanese government initiative, in 2023, Hokkaido University is advancing regenerative agriculture, forestry, and fisheries research to support sustainable food production—one of the world’s most pressing challenges. The initiative also accelerates interdisciplinary research and international collaboration to generate new knowledge and address real-world challenges.
