14th ISAJ Annual Symposium on Integrated Science for a Sustainable Society

This event is co-organized by Hokkaido University.


The Indian Scientists Association in Japan (ISAJ) is organizing its 14th annual symposium, “Integrated Science for a sustainable society.” This year the symposium is co-organized with few departments/institutes of Hokkaido University. The symposium consists of a full day interdisciplinary sessions encompassing all fields of science and technology, and this will include plenary and invited talks. A major objective of the symposium is to create an opportunity for students and young scientists in Japan, irrespective of nationality, to showcase their research, exchange ideas, and foster collaborations. Besides keynote and plenary talks by eminent scientists and researchers from both Japan and India, oral and poster presentations are also available (only poster slots are available now). For students and young researchers, there will be several competing awards too.


The scope of the symposium

All fields of science and technology, including, but not limited to: Basic Sciences, Material Science, Computer science, Integrated science, Life science, Environmental Issues, Sustainability
