HAI-FES (Hokkaido University Arctic Initiative for Future Earth and SDGs) project aims at forming a network of researchers who are engaged in problem-solving interdisciplinary and trans-disciplinary research in the Arctic, and this workshop, bringing together those researchers and institutions in mid-latitudes especially in Asia, is to discuss issues and points to keep in mind for doing those researches in the Arctic.
