Announcement: Hokkaido University has a new president

Professor Toyoharu Nawa, Dean of the Faculty, Graduate School, and School and Engineering, has been appointed as President of Hokkaido University. He will serve as president of the university from April 1^st, 2017 to March 31^st, 2023.
