Building Academic Career in Japan for International Students

For doctoral students, a research career that does not require relatively high Japanese language skills is one of the major career path options after completing a doctoral program. On the other hand, job hunting in universities and public research institutions is often very different from that in private sector.
The following event will provide guidance on academic careers with a focus on doctoral students, including how non-Japanese speaking doctoral students can obtain positions in Japanese academia.
