Sponsored by Cabinet Office, Rapid Prototype Development (RPD) Challenge is a hackathon event held in Asia from 2020 to 2022 to promote the use of GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System). Student teams from Nepal and Thailand who made excellent achievements in the Challenge are coming to Hokkaido University. We are taking this opportunity to hold a hackathon for Hokkaido University students and looking forward to receiving applications from those interested in GNSS.

A gathering hosted by the Cabinet Office will be held at the Restaurant Poplar (North Campus) on August 1 (Tue.), 17:30–18:30. We welcome faculty staff and members, and participating students to come and join the gathering.
