East Russia – Japan Expert Education Program (RJE3 Program)

The RJE3 Program (the East Russia-Japan Expert Education Program) was selected for the 2014 Re-Inventing Japan Project of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). Under the initiative, HU works closely with Russian Far East universities on the creation of an international collaborative educational system that produces professional groups to play leading roles in the Far East and the Arctic Circle.
