Inter-University Exchange Project

The Inter-University Exchange Project (Re-Inventing Japan Project) is a funding project launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology that aims to foster global human resources who can be active in the international arena and to strengthen the capacity of the global development of university education. Assuring the quality of higher education, it provides financial support to efforts for the formation of collaborative programs with universities in such areas as Asia, the US and Europe that conduct study abroad programs for Japanese students and undertake the strategic acceptance of foreign students.
